i am gob smacked Options

well this has nothing to do with anything but i am so gob smacked,
I just had to take my dog to the vets cause she was getting a rash 2 week ago and it has just spread and spread and last 2 days it looks really sore
so i took her vets and she said she has an infection so gave her an injection to stop it being sore and she said has she changed in last couple week,
i said yeah she was moving teddys and cuddling them.
she said see that and she pressed on her nipples and milk came out she said i hshe is having a phantom pregnancy i said what she said she thinks she has
litter in there awwwwwwwwwww bless she must be sad when she relises there isnt.

Ah Tina, poor doggy. I remember my daughter's dog had this. She was meant to be spayed, but obviously they didn't do it properly, as the next thing we knew she had a phantom pregnancy. She went into a corner behind the sofa and tried to ruckle up the carpet to make a nest. Her teats swelled up too, We all felt so sorry for her. I can't remember if the vet did anything to her, but it ended up all right.

Oh bless.

One of my rabbits has phantom pregnancies about twice a year- she builds a nest and lines it with soft fur which she pulls out of her chest!! She looks so pathetic runing rounnd with a mouthful of straw and fur. And she always ends up with a big bald patch.
